I stand in awe of You

Since the first week of uni is going to be the most relaxed week of the entire semester and in conjunction with Charles' birthday this sunday, my uni friends and I spent yesterday lunching at sushi zenmai and then karaoke-ing for about 5 hours. Can't wait for our future trips to our planned destinations!haha..

On a different note,
My mum is back from Perth and she got me more than I asked for!! whee...clothes, ballet flats, stickers and chocolates! I feel truly blessed! =D

a new semester begins

Reached uni at 7.15 am today for our campus revo meet up and prayer..woohoo..
feels great to start the week away knowing that God is always in control of all that we do! Thank you Father, thank you holy spirit! =D

anyway,
My subjects for this sem would be Biology 2, Chemistry 2, Bio technology and Environmental science...So far i'm already loving them! haha..will have to try my best to finish up my work on time!lol..

My env science lecturer are australian's and we will already be going on a field trip next Sat to see the forests and rivers in Gombak and a park at Kelana Jaya. I'm pretty much excited about it!! However, I think we will have to write essays or reports based on what we learn throughout the trip.Holy Spirit, pls help us!hehe

Because honestly, i didn't know how to answer so so many questions for my stats and chem..but praise God he really doesn't fail us and His mercy endures forever!! =D

Pray until something happens

I'm munching on my favourite salt and vinegar flavoured potato chips now.
Thinking whether or not i should go get myself the box of 48 colour pencils...why are they becoming more and more expensive? not worth the money whey! I wish I kept my previous colour pencils properly.hah..

I should probably be a good daughter and clean the house for my mum since she is at Perth.
hmm...

As we were heading towards the airport at 7 in the morning, all the trees beside the highway were blanketed with mist. It looked as though the clouds descended from the sky. So beautiful.

It is hard to love our enemies or to bless those who curse us but when we ask the holy spirit to help us and give us the strength, we can. When we allow the holy spirit to be in control of our lives, He will take away the anger or hurt and replace them with the fruits of the spirit. As i begin to practice calling upon the holy spirit, I am amaze how fast my anger fades and I no longer wanna fight back or defend myself when I am opposed.haha.. Praise God! =D

Therefore it is important for us to get to know Him and build our relationship with Him so that we will be able to be sensitive to the holy spirit. Let us not just pray to Him when we are in need and then forget Him after he answers our prayers and call to Him again only when we are in trouble. Let us not take going to church as a duty because it really is not, but let us go to church because we hunger to hear from Him and to be in his presence to worship Him in spirit and in truth.

Christianity is not just a religion and is not about who goes the earliest to church on Sundays, who prays the loudest or who sings the best. It is all about our relationship with Him to show Him how much we love Him and to honour and glorify Him in ALL that we do. When we love God so much we will naturally be excited to do all that He wants us to do and we will obey everything that the holy spirit tells us to do.
God looks at our hearts.

He truly is a great heavenly Father. The greatest Daddy in the universe!
Thank you Lord for being our Creator and for being our precious Saviour!

Bold and courageous

had a little lunch outing with my friends just the other week.
We had our scrumptious lunch at a cafe called 'stuff your face' in BSC.
Food is definitely one of the best holiday companions..mmmm mmmm..












On an unrelated note,
I have been really happy for the past 1 and a half month ever since I made a stand and decided to rededicate my life back to the Lord and truly forsake my old ways and live life according to what He has planned for me.
Eversince that day, I have been experiencing so many changes in my life and life has never been so exciting and never been so so real!!
He truly is a great, amazing and an awesome God!!

p.s. went for the 2nd day of cheer 09. Many teams improved tremendously and congratulations to Blitzers for winning this year...Dynamitez dont give up k!?win it next year!!

Pre-exam event

Ivan got us free tickets to the Miss Malaysia universe 2009 pageant at the beginning of last month.
Interesting, interesting..haha..
And Miss universe 2005, Natalie Glebova is super gorgeous.
